Crispy Fried Chicken




Ingredients
 
  •  Chicken - 2 lb (cut into pieces)
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt - 1 Tsp 

Coating - 1
All-purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup


Coating - 2

  • Eggs - 2 (beaten)
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Soy sauce - 1/2 Tsp
  • Knorr chicken bouillon - 1 tsp
  • Parsley finely chopped  - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 large cloves 

Coating - 3

  • All-purpose flour  - 1 cup
  • Fine Bread Crumbs  - 3/4 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 Tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion powder - 1/4 Tsp
  •  Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp 

Method :
•    Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry all chicken pieces using a kitchen towel.
•    Season with salt and black pepper powder
•    Make all coatings in separate bowls or plates
•    First coat the chicken pieces in flour coating then transfer to the second plate
•    Dip it in the beaten milk-egg mixture and in final coating of breadcrumbs.
•    Use your right hand to coat with the flour and breadcrumbs. One hand is used for the dry coating and other for wet coating.
•    Coat every piece with egg and flour and keep it arrange in a plate
•    Heat oil in a frying pan and put in medium heat
•    Carefully add 2-3 chicken pieces and Deep fry the chicken in oil.
•    Fry till one side turns golden brown
•    Turn the chicken pieces and cook it all sides are fried
•    Put in paper towel to absorb the excess oil
•    Serve it hot with sauce
