Roasted raw mango Panna Recipe

Summers are the time for freshly chilled drinks that beat the heat, and there’s nothing better than  Mango Panna to refresh our body. This is one of the healthiest and tastiest drinks to beat the heat during summers. This recipe helps with chronic stomach problems like Irritable Bowel Syndrome and is also beneficial for the treatment of gastrointestinal problems. 






INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 medium sized raw mango
  •  fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  •  ice cubes
  • 2 cups chilled water


Instruction:


  • Rinse the mango well with water and pat dry.
  • Roast the mango over medium flame until all the sides are charred and the pulp softens. 
  • Then remove from heat and let it cool down. 
  • Now Remove the peels and scrap this to get some pulp content from it and add it into the blender jar.
  • In a blender add the roasted mango pulp, mint leaves, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and black pepper powder together. Blend it until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Combine chilled water.
  •  Roasted raw mango  Panna is ready to serve. Decorate with mint leaves in serving glasses and serve Mango Panna chilled.

Also sieve in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Beat the batter on low speed till its smooth and fluffy.
