Ingredients:
•    Honey- 1tablespoon
•    Fresh Ginger chopped or Ginger powder- 1tablespoon
•    Fresh lemon juice/apple cider vinegar – 1tablespoon
•    Frozen mint
•    Garlic -1 koa
•    Half of the avocados
•    Semi boiling water at room temperature


Method:
In a blender taking all ingredient and mix them very well. Add honey into a glass and mix it thoroughly with the other ingredient.


Benefit:
After drinking this empty stomach every morning, this drink lowers your weight by reducing metabolism and removing harmful substances to your body.
But any one of the element used in allergic or any other physical problem they do not take this.
