Watermelon Lemonade



Watermelon contains lots of water and fibre both of which are important for healthy digestion.Two vitamins in watermelon vitamin A and C are important for skin and hair









Ingredients:

  •     6 cups seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
  •     1 cup fresh lemon juice
  •     ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  •     2 cups sparkling lemon flavoured water
  •     2 cups sparkling watermelon flavoured water
  •     ice cubes
  •     lemon & watermelon slice or Mint for garnish

Method: 

  •   Pour watermelon cubes into a blender. Blend until the watermelon is completely pureed. Pour over a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl.
  •     Pour strained watermelon into a large Jug.
  •      Add sparkling lemon and watermelon flavour.
  •      Add fresh squeezed lemon juice and sugar.
  •      Stir well.
  •     Serve over ice.
  •      garnish with a lemon or watermelon slice.
