1. All-purpose flour -200gm
2. Sugar -200gm
3. Oil- 100ml
4. Baking powder -1teaspoon
5. Soda -bicarbonate-1/8teaspoon
6. Vanilla essence-2/3 drops
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat a standard loaf nonstick pan .spray oil, dust with flour and tap out excess.
In a mixing, jar adds sugar.Grind well and make a smooth powder. Add all purpose flour, eggs, oil, baking powder, soda-bi Corbo and vanilla essence. Grind well again for a while until it becomes a smooth batter.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 40minutes or until centre is almost set. Invert onto rack and let cool completely.
