Healthy Carrot Juice

Carrots are one of the highest contributors to vitamin A, C, D, E and K, as well as many minerals such as magnesium, potassium and calcium. Carrots are also highly nutritious and cleansing due to their high fibre content.Carrots have a wealth of valuable nutrition and when you juice them. Carrot juice benefits can help nearly every part of the body. Carrot juice helps to balance blood sugar, improving blood health, fighting inflammation relieving congestion and cleansing the kidneys to protecting eyesight and fighting Leukemia.



Ingredients:
  • Carrots 500grams
  • Fresh Ginger 1/2 to1 Inch piece
  • Orange 2/3
  • Lemon Juice as needed
  • Water 1 Cup

Instructions:
  • Wash Carrots and clean them with a vegetable scrub
  • Soak them in a pot filled with clean water for 30 minutes
  • Wash and peel oranges
  • Add all ingredients in a blender jar
  • Blend well and then pass through a strainer and collect the juice
  • Serve fresh Carrot juice immediately
