Ingredients:

  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • Lemon juice
  • Some mint leave


Instructions:
1.wash and cut apple and celery sticks into slices.
2.Put all ingredients in a blender jar 
3.Pour about 1 cup water into the blender
4.Blend all ingredients thoroughly
5. Strain the juice and discard the pulp.
6.Squeeze lemon and stir well
7. Pour over ice in a glass.

Green Spinach Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of spinach 
  • 1 cup green Apple
  • 1 Stalk of celery
  • 3-5 chopped chunks of ginger
  • Lemon juice


Instructions:
1.Put spinach in the blender add green apple, chopped ginger.
2.Pour about 1 cup water into the blender
3.Blend all ingredients thoroughly 
4.Collect the juice and discard the pulp
5.POur Juice into a serving glass and serve 
6.Take it twice a week for better result

Green Apple Juice

Green apples contain vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. It helps to remove toxins, lowering cholesterol, and helps with digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 green apple
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey


Instructions:
1. cut apple and celery into pieces
2. put  all ingredients in a blender jar
3. Pour water and blend them until smooth puree
4. strain the juice and discard the remaining pulp
5. Add honey and mix well with a spoon
6.POur Juice into a serving glass and serve it chilled


Cucumber mint Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4-5 kale leaves or 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/4 lemon 
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • Some fresh mint


Instruction: 
1.Pour water into a blender and add cucumber celery apple and ginger
2. Blend them until a smooth puree. Add kale leaves and lemon juice. Blend again until smooth
3.Strain the juice.Press the pulp with a spatula to get as much juice as possible
4. Discard the remaining pulp and pour the juice into a serving glass
It is a healthy drink for breakfast and low caloric weight loss.Consume it immediately to get a better result.


Kiwi juice

Kiwi contains vitamin C, antibacterial and cleanses body from harmful Bacteria and viruses.Improve digestion and gives you energy.

Ingredients:

  • 1  ripe kiwifruit 
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cucumber


Instructions:
1.Wash and cut Apple celery into pieces.
2.Pour water into a blender and add all ingredients
3.Blend them until smooth
4.Strain the juice
5. Press the pulp with a spatula to get as much juice as possible
6.Discard the remaining pulp and pour the juice into a serving glass

2.Blend them until smooth
