Microwave 2 minutes Mug Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- A pinch of Baking soda
- 1/16 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Italian herbs
- 5 mini pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Marinara sauce
Instruction:
- In a microwave-safe Mug mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
- Add milk and oil whisk together with a fork until well combined.
- Spoon the marinara sauce and spread it on the surface of the batter.
- Spread the cheese. pepperoni and dried herbs on the top of the sauce.
- Now microwave for 1 min 20 sec or until it rises up and the topping is bubbling.
- Timing is based on 1200w microwave so your timing might be very.
- Cooking time will vary greatly depending on your microwave and width and depth of the mug.
- Always keep a close eye on your mug while in the microwave soiled. Doesn't overflow and overcook.
PAN PIZZA RECIPE WITHOUT OVEN AND YEAST
If you do not have an oven, then you can also make pizza on Pan. This Pan pizza recipe is healthy and simple to make without yeast. For this Pan pizza recipe made the pizza dough using yoghurt and soda.
Ingredients:
Pizza base:
· Whole grain flour/ Plain flour- 1 ¼ cup
· Baking soda – ¼ tsp
· Sugar ½ tsp
· Salt – ½ tsp
· Olive oil- 2 tbsp
· Water- 2tbsp
· Yogurt- 2tbsp
For Pizza sauce
· Tomatoes Puree/ chopped – 300grams
· Onion chopped- 3 tablespoons
· Garlic chopped- 1½ tablespoons
· Red chilli – ½ to ¾ tsp
· Crushed pepper – ¼ tsp
· Mixed herbs or oregano – ½ Tsp
· Sugar – ½ to ¾ tsp
· Salt as needed
Topping
· Capsicum cubed- ½ cup
· Onions cubed – ¼ cup
· Red chilli flakes- ¼ tsp
· Mixed herbs or oregano- ½ tsp
Preparing dough without yeast :
· Wisk flour salt, sugar and soda in a mixing bowl.
· Mix water, olive oil and yoghurt and knead for about 5-7 minutes or until the dough turn very soft and elastic.
· Cover the dough with a moist cloth and keep aside for about 1 hour.
Preparing pizza sauce:
· To make this pizza sauce first heat oil in a pan add garlic and stir until it smells good. Then add red chilli flakes, chopped onions stir until they turn light golden.
· Add tomatoes, salt, sugar stir well and cook until the sauce thickens.
· When the sauce turns thicken add veggies, herbs and crushed pepper. Mix well and set aside to cool.
Making pizza:
· Divide the dough into 2 into 3 parts depending on the size you prefer.
· In a rolling board dust flour and roll the dough. Roll it slightly thicker than a chapatti
· Heat the pan and transfer the roti to it. Press down with a spatula until the bass puffs up lightly.
· When the roti puffed up and completely cooked with brown spots flip it and spread few drops of oil and the pizza sauce, cheese and herbs.
· Cover with the lid and cook until the cheese begins to melt. Switch off and transfer to serving plate.
· Cut pizza and serve hot and enjoy it.
BREAD PIZZA
Bread pizza is a quick snack recipe for breakfast or kids’ parties. Bread pizza is made using whole grain bread, tomato sauce, cheese and veggies. Bread pizza can be made in oven or stove top.
Ingredients:
· Bread - 6 Slices
· Pizza sauce -¼ cup
· Cheese - ½ cup
· Italian herbs or oregano - 1 Tsp
· Basil leaves - 5/6
· 1 medium Onion cubed
· Capsicum cubed - ½ cup
· Tomato cubed – ½ cup
· Red chilli flakes – ½ Tsp
· Olive as desire
· Salt as needed
How to make for stove top
· Heat and toast the bread on one side and flip them.
· Smear the sauce thinly and layer onions, bell peppers, capsicum and tomatoes cubed.
· Spread grated cheese, Italian herbs and chilli flakes.
· Then cover with a lid and toast on a low heat until the cheese melts.
How to make in oven
Preheat oven to 180 0c. Prepare bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread pizza sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle Italian herb oregano, mozzarella cheese and tomato slices on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melt.
EASY HOMEMADE PIZZA
Pizza dough
· All purpose flour – 2 cup
· Dry yeast – ½ Tbsp
· Water – ½ cup
· Olive oil – 2 Tbsp
· Salt as needed
· Sugar – ¾ Tsp
Pizza sauce
· Tomatoes – 400 gram
· Garlic chopped – 2 Tsp
· Sugar – 1 Tsp
· Red chilli flakes – 1 Tsp
· Italian herbs oregano – ½ to ¾ Tsp
· Pepper – ½ Tsp
· Oil – 1 ½ Tsp
· Salt as needed
For Topping
· Cubed veggies ( capsicum, onion, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms)
· Italian herbs – 1 Tsp
· Red chilli flakes – ½ Tsp
· Mozzarella cheese – 200 grams
Instructions:
Dough making:
· Stir yeast and sugar to lukewarm water and set aside for 10-15 minutes
· The mixture must turn frothy but if the water doesn’t turn frothy by then, the yeast is inactive and discard this and make a fresh with lukewarm water, sugar and yeast.
· When the water turns frothy mix flour, salt and oil.
· Knead the dough about 5-7 minutes until very soft and elastic.
· Apply a thin layer of oil and cover with a moist cloth in a bowl. Keep rest in warm place to rise double in size.
Pizza sauce preparation:
· Heat oil in a pan and stir garlic until it smells then add red chilli flakes, onion fry until they turn light golden.
· Add tomatoes cubed, salt, sugar stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
· Add herbs and crushed pepper. Mix and set aside for cool.
Making pizza:
· Preheat oven to 2200c for at least 20 to 25 minutes.
· Divide the dough 2 into 3 parts depending on the size you prefer.
· Dust some flour on a tray flatter a ball and few drops of oil. Begin to spread and stretch the dough and flatten to a 9-inch thin base
· Spread pizza sauce, layer cheese, veggies, bell pepper, onions, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes cubed. Sprinkle Italian herbs and chilli flakes.
· Bake it for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese turns golden. If cheese does not get golden move it to the top rack and bake another 2-3 minutes.
· Cut and slice the pizza. Serve hot.
