Face Masks- Natural Skin Care

Gentle Hydrating Face Mask

Ingredients:
  • Raw ground Oatmeal 2tbsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
Instruction:
  •  Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan
  • Cook over medium heat for 5 min 
  • Let it cool and  gently apply this mixture  on your skin without trying to rub it
  • Leave sit for 15 minutes 
  • Then rinse off with water
Benefit:
  • Oatmeal can gently exfoliate skin
  • Milk can help to make skin moist and soft
  • Honey can help to break apart excess sebum.
 Pore strip face mask
Ingredients:
•    Unflavored Gelatin 1 packet
•    Tea tree oil 3 drops
•    Milk ½ cup
•    Honey 1 tbsp


Instruction:
•    Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds
•    Applying to your entire face and let sit for 15 min
•    Rinse with water after 15 min

Benefit: 
  • Tea tree oil antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, which can help acne
  • Gelatin can help dry and clean out your pores
Breakout prevention mask
Ingredients:
•    Ground cinnamon 1tsp
•    Ground nutmeg 1tsp
•    Honey 2 tbsp


Instruction:
Make a smooth paste of all ingredients.
Apply on face and rinse after 15 min


Benefits: 

  • Cinnamon has antibacterial properties, It helps to prevent acne
  • Nutmeg can help to exfoliate your skin

Anti-acne clay mask for oily skin

Ingredients:

  • Bentonite clay 1tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar 1tsp

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients until making smooth paste.
Apply to face and let sit for 15 min


Benefits:
Clean your pores and get rid of impurities and regenerate your skin tissue. It can help to control oil.

Exfoliating face mask
Ingredients:

  • Egg yolk 1
  • Banana mashed
  • Almond oil 2 Tsp

Instructions:
Make a paste of all ingredients. Apply to your face and let sit for 15 min
Rinse with water after 15 min


Benefits:

  • Banana is anti-ageing and it can mildly exfoliate your skin
  • Egg can help to tighten and tone your skin
  • Almond oil can moisturize your skin
Hydrating face mask
Ingredients:

  • Greek yoghurt 2 tbsp
  • Butter milk1tsp
  • Banana mashed ½
  • Cocoa powder 1tsp
  • Honey 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 Tsp

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients and make a smooth paste.
  • Apply to face and let sit for 20 min
  • Rinse with water

Benefits:

  • Greek yoghurt can soothe and hydrating your skin.
  • Banana is anti-ageing and oil hydrating. It can help to remove dead skin cells on the surface of your skin.

Anti-wrinkle face mask:
Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tbsp Raw honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth and apply to face. Let sit for 15 min. rinse with water.


Benefits:

  • Egg can help tighten pores and tone skin in short-term
  • Lemon juice is exfoliating, lighten dark spots of pigmentation on your skin

Redness calming mask

Ingredients:

  • Green tea powder 1tsp
  • Coconut oil ½ tsp
  • Water ½ Tsp

Instructions: mix all ingredients until smooth and apply to face for 15 min

  • Green tea can help reduce redness and inflammation
  • Coconut can help moisturize your skin

Puffiness reducing mask
Ingredients:

  • Coffee grounds 1tsp
  • Coconut oil 2 Tsp
  • Geranium essential oil few drops

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Apply to face. Rinse with water after 15 min.

Ingredients:

  • Cooked or canned pumpkin 1tbsp
  • Vitamin E capsule
  • Honey 1 tbsp

Instruction:
Mix all ingredients and apply to face.Let sit for 15 min and rinse off with water.
